Why we created Primoforum

Conversation is an important skill in this age of knowledge and information

The knowledge of a group expands so fast that it is no longer possible for a single person or small group to form a complete image. If your idea of how the future is going to develop is inadequate and you make the wrong investments in terms of skills, equipment, and buildings, then your decisions can grow into a millstone around your neck. You can only avoid this by sharing knowledge with each other.

We believe a better conversation leads to progress

To be able to share knowledge, a frank conversation is necessary. New technologies and methodologies can help so that everyone can take part in the discussion in a focused, efficient and equal manner. This is what we had in mind when developing Primoforum.

Bundled knowledge

We worked on Primoforum for more than two years, together with professionals and businesses; our development partners. They were the initiators of the relevant discussions that Primoforum is the result of and they thoroughly tested the tool in practice.

"Because our development partners didn't just participate for financial reasons but also looked at the relevance, the collaboration was creatively beneficial. As a result, this gave us a wealth of ideas about how to use Primoforum in practice."

Ernst Abbing, Primoforum initiator

Development partners

The development of Primoforum is a continuous process. We do this with a group

of professional trainers and facilitators, companies and educational institutions.

What others say about us

More than an application

"You don't have to visit Silicon Valley for the best, nicest and most useful software. There are so many excellent products that are produced right here in the Netherlands. Primoforum is an excellent example of this. When I initially started using the very first beta version, I immediately realised that this could be an indispensable tool during my brainstorming sessions. Today, Primoforum is a has become a fully developed application. Primoforum has the potential to be just as important as metaplan boards at the end of the last century. It is more than just an application. It is a method with surprisingly high interaction and much fairer results than was possible with metaplan boards."

Albert Zeeman, MarketingToday

  • Ideal for residents' meetings

"I enjoy working with Primoforum. It is an ideal tool for meetings with lots of information and where many people participate in the discussions freely. With Primoforum, people can participate simultaneously! It is user-friendly, versatile and intuitive. Ideal for residents' meetings. Everyone has a voice—even the introverted people make themselves heard—and people come up with great solutions together.

And all the participants love it!"

    Rogier Elshout, moderator
